Mission:  SHOUT TV was created to be the voice of the state employees of California and for the purpose of informing and educating the union members and fee payers who are represented by SEIU Local 1000 about the current state of our union.

SHOUT TV records and reports the events, incidents, and any matter that relates, pertains, and is relevant to the interests of the fee payers of the SEIU Local 1000.

SHOUT TV records, reports, exposes, and reveals whatever SEIU Local 1000 hides and and disguises.

SHOUT TV with help of experts, historians, witnesses, and concern fee payers interpret, clarify, analyze, verify, and reconstruct whatever SEIU Local 1000, pretends, deceitfully lies, and covers up.

A comprehensive, methodical, and systematic efforts of a concern group of fee payers of SEIU Local 1000 failed to reform the corrupt SEIU Local 1000.  The net result of 2 years of reform campaigns were: SEIU is too corrupt and irreparable!!!

The former reformists concluded that as long as SEIU Local 1000 is allowed to continue to collect mandatory fee deductions the corruption will continue.  Therefore, as the final option they decided to Decertify the SEIU Local 1000 and replace it with their own association; CPPEA-California Professional Public Employees Association.

  • CPPEA will be an Association of the members, by members, and for the members.
  • CPPEA will be democratic and operate based on integrity, transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Under CPPEA the members must have the unconditional right to vote on any subject that will affect dues, policies, and future direction of the Association.
  • Under CPPEA the members must have the right to question, criticize, encourage, and empower their elected officers of the Association.

SHOUT TV's mission is to inform, educate, and motivate state employees to become active help to overthrow the SEIU Local 1000 and certify CPPEA as their own exclusive representative.  SHOUT TV will help, facilitate, and amplify the voices of the concerned fee payers to be heard.
