enough!
Dear Ms. Walker,
First and foremost
let me formally announce you an Illegitimate
President of SEIU Local 1000.
You invaded that office by fraudulently rigging an election. I
submitted a protest with six documented accounts of election
irregularities and cheatings. As usual, Jim Hard instructed his
mindless appointees (Election Protest Committee Members) to reject all
of my legitimate protested items with the most ludicrous excuses. I
will address this issue after the new contract is finalized and will
bring you and your administration down by launching a new campaign.
The purpose of this
open letter is to tell you that you are completely out of your corrupt
mind. It is absolutely outrageous that you ask DLC presidents to buy a
Union Table for $1,200.00 for a ceremony where the Sacramento Center
Labor Council of AFL-CIO is recognizing excellence and leadership in the
fight for social and economic justice for working families and to give a
lifetime achievement award to Jim Hard. This is the most absurd and
asinine thing that we as members of this corrupt union can hear. You
people really think that we are that ignorant that we cannot see through
this, or do you even care what we think?
Your corrupt tactics
have continued for so long that it has confused your thinking process
and you cannot think straight any more. It is plainly clear to see the
obvious, as follows:
1.
AFL-CIO and SEIU are arch enemies since your master puppeteers, Andy
Stern, waged a war against John Sweeny, President of AFL-CIO and
separated from AFL-CIO in 2005, because he wanted to have his own empire
and make over $3 million a year (please correct me if Andy’s salary is
not accurate). This means AFL-CIO and SEIU are supposed to be serious
enemies.
2.
Corrupt Andy Stern has been raiding/looting/stilling AFL-CIO’s unions
since 2005, this means AFL-CIO and SEIU are supposed to be serious
enemies.
3.
Corrupt Jim Hard, and now you, are paying 55% of Central Labor Council
of AFL-CIO’s annual budget (please correct me if this figure, 55%, is
not accurate). What? Out of that many AFL-CIO unions in the Sacramento
area, SEIU Local 1000, their #1 enemy, pays 55% of their annual
operating budget? When I asked your former Senior Political Organizer,
Rick Whatton, this question, he told me that “we pay to use their
political influence”. If you do not agree with Rick’s statement, you
tell me what is the reason that you spend/waste our precious dues money
on AFL-CIO, is it extortion or bribe?
Jim Hard’s lifetime
Achievement is that he is corrupt to the core and an absolute puppet of
Mikey Baratz and Andy Stern. He is a thief, a shameless liar, and an
embezzler. Before you want to correct me on that, please read and
examine the uncontested documents that I have posted about him on
www.sos1000.org a year ago.
Five DLC presidents
have informed me of your outrageous and asinine executive initiative of
asking that our precious dues money be spent on giving a lifetime
criminal achievement award to Jim Hard.
These days, and just
about every day, there are articles published in leading newspapers from
east to west about scandalous corruptions, embezzlement, and
misappropriation of funds by SEIU officials. It takes a lot of nerve
and callousness to give an award to a person who has been abusing our
union’s resources for years.
I am in the process
of preparing documents to turn Jim Hard, Cathy Hackett, Mark Bautista,
Mikey Baratz, and yourself to federal authorities for multiple
violations of the Rico Act. A lifetime Criminal
Achievement Award would be a great decoration for Jim Hard’s
jail cell.
It will be in your
best interest to withdraw your statement, attached, and ask Sacramento
Central Labor Council to refrain from giving an award to the corrupt Jim
Hard.
I believe in a just
and democratic union, by members, for members, and nothing less than
that!
