In history of the SEIU
Local 1000, CPPEA and
SHOUT TV have been the most successful organizations
that have been effectively investigating and reporting the
waist, abuse, and fraud of the SEIU and SEIU Local 1000.
They have been progressively informing, educating,
and gaining the support of the fee payers of Local 1000.
SHOUT TV's operators and
supporters have been peacefully, fearlessly,
persistently, and passionately furthering their cause by
standing for their rights and rights of others. The
continuous success of the SHOUT TV, in gaining support and
popularity amongst the 95,000 fee payers of the Local 1000,
has increasingly made the corrupt leaders of the Local 1000
uncomfortable, frightened, nervous, and finally violently
reactive. The noticeable fear and extreme reactions of
the SEIU has more to do with SHOUT TV's camera than
the concerned and vocal fee payers. If the Local 1000
leaders can successfully silence SHOUT TV's camera,
then they will be able to freely propagate their lies through
their own deceitful propaganda machine, Channel 1000.
SEIU's operating manual
must have a chapter like "Violence, option of the last
resort" or they follow the orders of their supreme
leader Andy Stern who has formally said "We
use the power of persuasion and if that does not work, then
we use the persuasion of power" Watch SHOUT
TV's 79th
episode.
We must remember that we are the citizens of the United
States of America!!! We go to war with
other nations, we sacrifice the lives of our soldiers, and
consume tremendous amount of our national resources, just
for the cause of freeing the citizens, of the other nations,
from the Tyranny, and the
Oppression, which have
been brought upon them by their
Abusive and Corrupt
Leaders. We go to war with the other
nations, on the other side of the globe, just to
establish Democracy and
Justice for the people
who have been deprived of the values that we, the
American Citizens, identify
ourselves with, like
Democracy and
Justice.
If that is
the case, then how in the world can we sit silently and
tolerate the Injustice
that Abusive Corrupt
union leaders are forcing upon us here in our own backyard.
They take our money mandatorily pay to the union Thugs to
beat us up and deprive us of our
Freedom of Speech,
Democracy,
Justice,
Pursuit
of Happiness, and
shatter our American Hopes and Dreams!!!

On, November 5, 2009, Ken Hamidi and
Kim McElroy, the reporters of SHOUT TV, attended an
Open and General Union
Meeting. Mr. Hamidi and Ms.
McElroy intended to record the proceeding, interview Yvonne
Walker, Jim Hard, and Cathy Hackett and make the video
available to the 95,000, fee payers of SEIU Local 1000.
The fee payers who
have no idea how the corrupt leaders, of the SEIU Local
1000, are spending their union dues. |
| From the second that
Ms. McElroy and Mr. Hamidi entered the SEIU Local 1000 union
hall, located at: 1325 S St, Sacramento, CA, they were attacked by Jim
Hard, Yvonne Walker, and several other Local 1000 staffers.
The union thugs and Yvonne Walker
physically , verbally, and forcibly were trying to keep Ms. McElroy
from recording their attack on Mr. Hamidi. They broke the camera and the
microphone. A local 1000 thug grabbed Ms. McElroy's
neck, her camera, and forced her to the door and threw her out of the
building. |

Several union thugs wrestled Mr. Hamidi
to the ground several times, kicked and punched him in
the face, ribcage, and arm. While throwing him out of
the building, one of the thugs shouting at him "If you
come back here again, I'll shove your camera up your ass and
will kill you bastard"
Ms. McElroy who observed a pile of thugs on top of Mr.
Hamidi while the union thug was forcing her out, began to call
911 from the parking lot. Police and the Emergency
Crew arrived and took Mr. Hamidi to the hospital.
It was apparent and obvious
that this was a premeditated plot, which Yvonne Walker and
Jim Hard were orchestrating. I |
